SMSO is a per-service orchestra with approximately 35 services for the 2010-2011 season. 
Per-service rates (currently under negotiation) are:
$77 Principal; $66 Assistant; and $55 Section.
Travel and per diem allowance in Master Agreement.

All auditionees are expected to play a solo of their choice (unaccompanied). .
Sight-reading may be requested.

Winning candidates will be required to show proof of US citizenship or
eligibility to work at time of audition.
