The Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra routinely receives enthusiastic audience reaction to its performances. This year, the dynamic collaboration with new Music Director Robin Fountain and a wide range of celebrated guest artists will promise an exciting experience that you and your group are sure to enjoy and remember.

Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra performances are perfect for your club, church group, association, colleagues, friends or family. Tickets are available for most concerts at a significant group discounted rate.

What is the group discount rate?
Depending on the size of your group, you may be able to receive 10 - 20% off your ticket prices.

Is a deposit required?
Once we get an idea of your concert interests, group size and seating preferences, the Symphony will place a block of tickets on hold for your group. One-half of the total sale must be paid 30 days in advance of the concert date. The deposit, payable by check or VISA/MasterCard, will be credited toward your total balance.

When is final payment due?
The remaining balance on your order is due at least 10 business days in advance of the concert. The final payment may be made with a check or a VISA/Mastercard.

Can I change my order?
Yes. Group orders can be adjusted until the time of final payment, though seating is subject to availability. Once final payment has been made, there are no exchanges or ticket refunds.

Can my group sit together?
We will make every effort to seat all of the members of your group together. Make your reservations early for best seating options.

When will I receive my tickets?
Forget about waiting in long lines at the box office! After the final payment has been made, we will mail your tickets to you to disburse among your group members.

What About Handling Fees?
There is only a $3.00 charge for the entire order.
