A Most Elegant Opportunity: Debutante Registration

Are you destined to be the Diamond of the Season?

Young ladies of grace and ambition are invited to compete for the highest honor in the ton: to be named the Diamond at the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra’s Diamond Regency Ball.

Do not tarry! Only the first eight shall be selected to enjoy a day of elegance and refinement, including:

• An exclusive group dance lesson, where you and your fellow debutantes shall prepare to glide across the floor with poise befitting high society.

• A private mini portrait session in full Regency regalia (white attire, as tradition demands), to capture your debut in timeless style.

• Early entry to the Ball, allowing time for a silhouette portrait and a private moment before the festivities commence.

• A place of honor during the presentation to the Queen, where each debutante will offer her most polished curtsy.

And when the Queen declares the Diamond of the Season, she shall open the floor with none other than the Symphony’s most eligible and esteemed gentleman, Sir Matthew Aubin, in a dazzling waltz.

Each debutante may be accompanied by one guest at no additional charge—who may also participate in the portrait session, if they so desire. All debutantes will receive a custom curated swag package befitting a lady of distinction.

Debutantes are responsible for their own transportation and attire.
